Among the forms parents will complete at the beginning of the school year is the Acknowledgment Form of the Student Handbook. Information from this form is most often used at the high-school level, as colleges, universities, and armed forces recruiters inquire about upcoming graduates.

 

Parents and students select the information they DO NOT want disclosed to the public, this includes photos.

 

Each campus must have permission to publish student photos on the BISD website, www.bowieisd.net and in its yearbooks. This includes classroom, athletic, band, and other school activity photos.

 

By leaving the photo option unmarked, the school has permission to publish pictures of your child.
